Did you know that Quooker was the first to launch a tap that dispenses 100°C boiling hot water? Dutch engineer Henri Peterie invented and patented it back in the 1970s, then 20 years later his son brought a viable solution to the market.
The Quooker hot tap is designed with multiple safety features, including flow safe, child-safe handle, and an insulated spout, making it a safe choice for families. But the benefits of a Quooker go beyond safety. People often wonder, “Are Quooker taps expensive to run?” We’re happy to report that maintaining a Quooker tank only uses 10KW of standby energy, which is similar to a modem and less than a kitchen boiler. Plus, having boiling water instantly available means you only use what you need, reducing waste. You also save water because there’s no more waiting for a tap to heat up.
Quooker didn’t just think about the tap, they thought about the tank too. Again with consumer needs firmly in mind, the tank range is compact, designed to sit in the cabinet under the tap away from the working area. We fit each tank with a high-temperature activated carbon filter that helps reduce calcium. To enhance benefits, you can now combine your Quooker water tap with the CUBE system to dispense cold filtered water as pure as bottled water or sparkling water, helping you save on plastic bottle waste and avoid discarding flat water.

Quooker Nordic
The Quooker Nordic twin taps include a matching mixer tap and a boiling water tap set. The height of the boiling water tap can be adjusted, making it easy to fill pans, cups, or even thermos flasks without splashing. If combined with a Quooker CUBE, the Nordic tap can also dispense sparkling and filtered water. Additionally, you can purchase the Quooker Nordic mixer tap separately.

Your Quooker tap won’t be completed without an accompanying tank. There’s a Quooker tank to suit everyone’s needs.

Quooker Pro 3 VAQ Tank
Quooker Pro 3 tank delivers 3 litres of instant boiling water

Quooker Pro 7 Tank
7 litres of instant boiling water

Quooker CUBE
The new Quooker CUBE can be added to any of the Quooker hot water taps. Now you can dispense sparkling and chilled filtered water. Save time, space and plastic bottle waste. The CUBE can be installed neatly next to your choice of tank at the bottom of the cabinet. The CUBE includes two filters which make the water it dispenses as pure as the water you can buy in bottles.

Safety
We’re often asked, “Are Quooker taps safe?”. Quooker taps have multiple safety features built-in. They’re a much safer option than a kettle. Let us explain.
Flow Safe
The water flow from a Quooker tap is different. That’s to say, it delivers a fine stream of boiling water droplets instead of a solid stream. This means scalds and hot splashes are very much reduced.
Child-Safe Handle
The handle of a Quooker tap is sophisticated by design. Therefore, it won’t operate until it is depressed twice before being turned. This means that the risk of dispensing boiling water ‘accidentally’ is very low.
Insulated Spout
Every Quooker instant hot water tap comes equipped with an insulated rotatable spout resulting in a precise aim and a cool touch.
Energy Efficiency
Quooker has always designed with sustainability in mind. Using the minimum amount of energy required for production, Quooker strives to prevent waste. They use 88% renewable materials in their packaging, have a 100% electric vehicle fleet. 51% of the electricity they use is self-generated and 81% of their waste is diverted from being disposed of.
