The Wests

Beautifully simple, the Wests opted for a blue plywood kitchen with teal and white accents in their expansive kitchen/dining extension. In this scheme, the original building leads into the kitchen through a tall unit and illuminated open storage area. By incorporating a kitchen island unit in the centre of the scheme, we helped to create a perfect place for enjoying a morning cuppa while soaking up the garden view. The island doesn’t just act as a seating area; it also stores the microwave and other essential kitchen equipment. In the heart of the kitchen, a large cooking range sits within the layout, while the sink overlooks the garden. Just around the corner we created a sideboard to help bridge the gap between the kitchen and dining/casual seating area.
