We made some architectural suggestions to our client for this compact navy and oak kitchen, which included blocking a doorway, installing a tall narrow window, and removing a wall to open up the old pantry and create space for the Smeg Fridge. The Muir's have a great collection of mid-century objects and artwork that we found inspirational when designing shelving for displaying it. Lorna looked after us very well too, and we were treated to her delicious homemade soup!

I knew I had found the perfect kitchen when I peered through the window of Wood & Wire on a hot sunny evening last summer.
A combination of style, simplicity and quality ended my 2 year search for the perfect kitchen for our very modest 1960's semi.
Every stage of the process from initial discussion, site visit, design development to final installation has been brilliant.
We smile every time we go into the kitchen and what a joy to work and relax in there. Fantastic.
