The island is clad in walnut veneer, mint laminate and is finished with open book shelving, concealed storage, and seating for four, making it as practical as it is eye-catching. A brushed brass tap adds warmth and contrast against the cool tones of the mint laminate, while three oversized pendant lights above provide soft yet statment, atmospheric lighting.

On the back wall, a mix of teal laminate cabinetry and open oak shelving is paired with a crisp white quartz worktop and splashback, keeping the space light and balanced. The steel range cooker sits beneath a bespoke sunshine-yellow extractor canopy. A playful statement piece that ties the room together and reflects the family’s bold design taste.
