The Wood & Wire birch plywood desk known as ‘Bob’ is part of our exclusively designed plywood furniture collection. Created by Wood & Wire founder Jim Leach, both the ethos and aesthetic of mid-century design are incorporated here within the striking stance of the ‘Bob’ desk which pays tribute to its mid-century influences.
We manufacture the ‘Bob’ desk entirely from high-quality birch plywood. It is available with a choice of ultra hard-wearing coloured laminate or a softer more sumptuous desktop linoleum surface for the plywood tabletop. Our team of master craftsmen lovingly manufacture every desk at our very own workshop which is right here in the heart of the Pennines, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, UK.
